| Black Tuesday |
[Apr. 14th, 2009|08:55 pm] |
Woke up from the house shaking from the wind and being attacked by branches. Several customers for some reason decided to cancel their orders, all today, and demanding refunds, while I already bought the supplies. Just as the business began to pick up. Got in a fight with my partner, customers, suppliers. Sent a message to a roommate asking for rent, which is due tomorrow. She replies, that she moved out a week ago. Wtf? Taxes due tomorrow, still not done... Can't feel half of my face, because the dentist injected me with too much anesthesia. Drooling... Travel agent calls to tell me I have to pay for my Asia program now... Selling my stocks, ridiculously undervalued... iPhone decided to drop every single call after 5 seconds of each conversation today... Can't find a 30-40 year old female actress for my short film. I got over 10 applicants for the lead male role, and none for female... Then the other two roommates (a couple) start fighting. Complete with screaming, tantrums, crying, packing...
That's all. Doesn't seem that bad, when you write it all down. |

| | losing hope in humanity | ] | Not being Jewish, I have never thought much or dealt with antisemitism. My entire experience with it could be summed up in watching the Schindler's List. After visiting Israel and being educated, brain-washed, or enlightened (whatever you want to call it) on the subject, I began sadly noticing how live and thriving anti-semitism is around the world in the 21st century, even within my circles.
Here is a childhood friend, classmate, that I've removed from my friend list: http://vovka-j.livejournal.com/36788.html |

It often takes an out-of-state visitor to experience SF again: late ferry to Alcatraz; shoot scenes at pier 39; fondle sharks at Aquarium of the Bay; shoot Golden Gate from Sausalito; pirozhki, chebureki, beer from Geary, picnic at ocean beach; hookah at Haight street; freeze at Twin Peaks; Jager bombs at Nikitin/Reznikov's; punk rock concert/leukemia benefit in Chinatown basement; soapy beer at Amnesia; negative Yelp review for Amnesia. |
